8 simple steps to unload your beams.
In order to unload the 12m beams safely you need the following tools:

4x anchor rods
-
1x timber balk (90x8x8cm)
-
1x timber board (90x15x2cm)
-
1x rope (6m)
-
2x forklifts (3.5t is enough)
In order to unload the 12m beams safely you need the following tools:

4x anchor rods

Step 1
Insert anchor rods after every 8th row (40 pieces of beams).
Step 2
Put timber board on forklift. Lift up the anchor rods.
Step 3
Now there’s enough space to tie a rod around the beams.
Step 4
Place the timber balk underneath the beams. Remove the rods.
Step 5
Push the timber balk backwards. Fasten the rope to the forklift.
Step 6
Pull out the beam package with the forklift.
Step 7
The second forklift takes over the package.
Step 8
And unloads the 12m beams completely.
